I help companies define the good future of their product and services offerings and realize this future through UX research, strategy, and collaborative design. I use ethnographic and experimental research methods in service of design and strategy work and facilitate innovation and prioritization workshops with diverse groups including product teams, executive teams and cross-functional teams. I enjoy complex design challenges related to people’s experiences of the Internet of Things, mobility, omni-channel, and a more connected world in general.
Over the past 15 years I’ve worked with established companies and startups such as USAA, Honeywell, RetailMeNot, SilverCar, Capital One, Rovi, and Capital Group to advance the opportunities and capabilities of these organizations and improve the lives of the people they serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy crafting delightful experiences for my family, friends and pets, and wholeheartedly embraces the humbling practice of painting and playing the ukulele rather badly.
